Zidane: "Sell Cristiano Ronaldo? I'm the coach and I want him here

Real Madrid: Frenchman recalls that fans booed him too
Zinedine Zidane talked shop in the build-up to his side's Champions League last-16 return match against Roma.
How he'll be approaching the game, with a 2-0 lead from the first leg: "The plan is to put out a team with a lot of firepower".

Not taking anything for granted: "The only thing we have to do is focus on winning the match. It's not going to be an easy game; it's going to be tough".

On James Rodríguez: "He's a committed player and a good trainer. I have to make changes, but what matters is for him to give his all out on the pitch, which is what he's doing. I'll always ask for more from him because of how talented he is and I want more from everyone, but he's improving".

On what he thinks about some fans wanting Cristiano Ronaldo to be sold: "I don't. I'm the coach and I want Cristiano here. I was booed too. It's not about any one player: they're a crowd who want more and that's good because it forces you to improve and to try to always do your best. The fans love their players... at the end of the day".
