Prem manager speaks on chances of signing Arsenal star

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has spoken on the chances of securing the signing of Jack Wilshere this summer. The midfielder was sent out on loan to the Cherries earlier this season after several years of being plagued by injuries.

Wilshere’s improved form at the Vitality stadium has prompted reports over a permanent move to Bournemouth who have spent only two years in the top flight.

However, Eddie Howe insists a move for Wilshere is unlikely to be successful due to the player’s own desire to return to his parent club.

“Jack may well see his future elsewhere, “No, I think that’s going to be very difficult for us.

“When we signed him on loan, and I’ve said this many times, the plan was for him to stay a season and then go back to Arsenal to evaluate his future.”
