Probe finds EU may have dished out €133.6 billion of OUR cash ILLEGALLY

BILLIONS of pounds of the European Union budget, partly funded by British taxpayers may have been paid out ILLEGALLY.

Jean-Claude Juncker and euros
European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker oversaw £100bn of spending last year
And the European Union is handing out OUR cash so willy-nilly it is being given to countries faster than they can spend it.

Auditors found €133.6 billion of EU cash in 2014 was "materially affected by error" forcing them to give an "adverse opinion on the legality and regularity of payments".
As David Cameron launches his bid to re-jig Britain's relationship with Brussels, eurocrats were warned over their error-strewn spending.
It is the 21st year in a row where auditors failed to give the EU's budget a clean bill of health.
The independent auditor called for a "wholly new approach" to the way Brussels spends and invests taxpayers' cash.
ECA president Vitor Caldeira said: “The EU must invest its money better. It must ensure its investments match its priorities more closely, simpler rules are framed to achieve results and resources are managed more efficiently.”
A number of "financial backlogs" also prevented the EU from spending funds "where they are most needed", while the auditor questioned Brussels ability to respond to a crisis.
Last year, Brussels spent €142.5billion (£100.1bn) or €285 (£200) for every EU citizen.
The continued failure of Brussels to control its multi-billion euro spending will boost calls for the UK to leave the EU at the upcoming referendum, due before the end of 2017.
Britain contributes more than £8billion to the EU each year.
Andy Wigmore, from the Leave.EU campaign, branded the auditor's findings "utterly disgraceful" and "just another example of the gross incompetence of the EU bureaucrats".
He added: "The only way to solve this is to leave the EU and take back control of our money."
Robert Oxley, spokesman for the eurosceptic Vote Leave group, said: "We can’t control how our money is spent by the EU, which is why we are footing the bill for a constant stream of Brussels’ failures.
"If we vote to leave, we can take back control over how taxpayers’ money is spent."
