He prides himself on keeping fit and never misses
a SoulCycle class.
And David Beckham was flashing a coy
smile as he left the gym in West Hollywood on Friday, looking the picture of
happiness as news broke that he was set to make a cameo appearance in the new
King Arthur film.
The retired football champion was clad
in head-to-toe sportswear, topped off with lime green trainers and a baseball
cap.
David showed off his tattoo sleeves in
a grey T-shirt, while keeping covered up in a loose pair of short worn over
leggings.
He seemed on top form following his daily workout as he headed back to his family's summer home in LA.
The 41-year-old star had every reason
to smile since it was revealed that he has landed a small part in upcoming
action adventure, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.
Charlie Hunnam, who plays King Arthur
in the franchise, confirmed at Comic-Con 2016 that David will be joining the
cast.
'I thought [David] Beckham was a secret
but I guess everyone’s talking about it now,' he told E! News.
'Unless you just are tricking me and
I’m the one that’s putting the secret out.'
