Antonio Conte, seleccionador de Italia. |
According to the Telegraph, Antonio Conte will be the new Chelsea manager
next season. Negotiations between the London club and the current Italy
coach are said to be at an advanced stage and both parties could make
the agreement public in mid-March.
The coach wants his future to be resolved quickly so that he can
focus on his current role of leading 'Gli Azzurri' to the Euros, after
which his contract with the national team will expire. Conte is expected
to replace Guus Hiddink in the Stamford Bridge home
dugout come August, while Roman Abramovich's other managerial candidates
are said to be Diego Simeone, Jorge Sampaoli and Massimiliano Allegri.
