Chris Brown may have released his new album Royalty back
in December, but that doesn't mean he's quite done tweaking the album.
After hinting about a few remixes to the album's sultry standout track "Back to Sleep on Instagram, over the weekend, Brown teamed up with former One Direction singer Zayn Malik and Usher to release the first steamy new version.
The first installment of the track's remixes does not disappoint. The
song opens up with R&B veteran Usher leading the way singing of
sensual delights with his leading lady over the Marvin Gaye-sampled
track. Usher's verse then leads into Brown's newly revamped verse where
he sings about his long lost love with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, and rounds off with Zayn's sexy vocals.
However, the real showstopper for listeners was Brown apologizing for
being a raging lothario when he and Tran were together. He pleads for
her to forgive him of his many indiscretion singing, "Keyshia and
Makayla/ All the Georgia peaches in Decatur/ And all the b*tches in
elevators / OK, Karruche?"
According to Brown, he plans to drop two more versions of the remix in the very near future which will include the likes of Miguel, Bryson Tiller, Trey Songz, Tyrese and more.
